Ex-soldier trucker Logan takes three million dollars to drive Chloe—granddaughter of the Black Snake Syndicate's number two—across the Blackridge Wasteland to a border handoff, to pay for his sister's surgery. A thirty-million bounty is on her, so Logan shields her through ambushes and a sandstorm, takes a bullet, and plays along with bounty hunters to save her, until the drive she carries points to her uncle Vincent, who runs the clinic that broke his sister. The feds move in; Vincent falls.
