Support and billing: for anything involving your account, credits or a download that went wrong, write from the email address you signed in with and include the approximate time of the problem plus, for payment issues, the receipt or order id from our payment partner. Refunds are handled under the refund policy — unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

Rights holders and takedowns: if you hold rights to a series indexed here and want its entry removed, send the series page URL and a brief statement of your rights to the same address. Entries are taken down promptly on verified request; profile pages carry only publicly published metadata and no media files.

Feedback and partnerships: feature requests, corrections to series data, genre suggestions and partnership enquiries are all welcome at the same address. If you are reporting a data error, include the series page URL and what should be corrected.
