Refund policy

Downloads on Drama Scout are paid from a prepaid credit balance, and you are only charged for episodes that actually resolve at download time. If a purchase completes but the download delivers nothing, contact us and the spent credits will be restored to your balance in full.

Unused credits are refundable. If you topped up and have not spent the credits, email contact@dramascout.app from your account email within 14 days of the purchase — include the payment receipt or order id — and the unused balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Credits already spent on a successfully delivered download are not refundable, because delivery of digital files is immediate and cannot be returned. Every series you have bought remains free to re-download from your account page.

Refund requests are handled within 5–10 business days and are always returned through the original payment provider. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
